Elevate Transitioning Servicemembers, Inc. (ETS)

A nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting military veterans transitioning to the corporate world approached me to design a logo that would encapsulate their mission. The client’s vision was clear: the logo needed to symbolize the journey from military service to professional success while reflecting empowerment, patriotism, and professional development. To begin, we held a discovery session to delve into the organization's values and goals. This informed the creative direction, focusing on subtle yet impactful ways to blend military symbolism with elements of the corporate world. Together, we explored concepts that balanced dignity and support, ensuring the final design would resonate deeply with veterans and their supporters.

After brainstorming and sketching several ideas, we developed a triple-figure silhouette concept that visually narrated the transition from military service to corporate professionalism. The final logo depicted three figures: a servicemember in uniform, a casual civilian, and a business professional in a suit, seamlessly integrated to symbolize the journey of growth and transformation. Building on the logo design, I created a cohesive brand identity, including brand guidelines, sponsorship decks, and social media banners. Additionally, I designed flyers for upcoming events and marketing materials like branded polo shirts, ensuring every touchpoint reflected the organization's mission and values. This holistic approach allowed the nonprofit to establish a polished, professional presence across all platforms.
